Partners and Consultant

Andrew Durman (Partner) graduated with a BA (Hons) (Law) in 1994 from Aberystwyth University and was admitted a solicitor in 1997. Varied experience at senior level and headed a probate department before joining Manchesters in 2003.  Deals with many types of property transactions, probate, taxation, wills, trusts and advising older people.


James Manchester (Partner) graduated with a BA (Hons) (Laws) in 1993 and MA in 1996 from the University of Westminster. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1996. He deals with many types of property transactions, probate, taxation, wills, trusts and also manages Manchester Durman’s Estate Agency division.  


Richard Manchester (Consultant) was admitted in 1969 and founded the firm more than 40 years ago with the assistance of his wife Glenys, a legal cashier.  He is now retired but remains as consultant to the firm. He will gladly introduce you to partners on request.
